By using EffePadelle, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

EffePadelle is a platform for organizing and managing padel competitions. The service enables users to:

  • Participate in padel competitions
  • Schedule matches and track scores
  • Communicate with other players
  • Indicate their availability

3. User Account

To use EffePadelle, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • The security of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information

4. Acceptable Use

When using EffePadelle, you agree that you will:

  • Use the service only for legal purposes
  • Treat other users with respect
  • Not infringe on the rights of others
  • Not distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your personal data only for the functioning of the service. For more information, see our privacy policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to EffePadelle belong to the service owners. You receive a limited license to use the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

EffePadelle is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from use of the service
  • Service interruptions
  • Data loss

7a. Payments

Some tournaments are paid in the app. The player then pays the organiser of the tournament (usually a padel club); EffePadelle is the platform and processes the payment through its payment partner Stripe. Stripe passes the amount on to the organiser. EffePadelle charges a service fee of about €1 per player; the total and how it is made up are shown in the app before you pay. Organisers who receive payments enter into their own agreement with Stripe and have their details verified by Stripe.

Cancellations and refunds follow our refund policy.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service. Changes become effective upon publication on this page.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms.
