No. When you create the tournament, choose Suggested tournament and answer two questions: how many players, and whether partners change every round or stay fixed. The app fills in the rest.

You get the number of courts, the number of rounds, how long a round is, how much of that is changeover, and how long to book the court. It also tells you how many minutes you are on court yourself.

Every suggestion is built so that everybody plays as often and you never get the same partner twice. With fixed pairs you never meet the same pair twice. From 24 players you sit out a round or so, because there are more people than courts you can realistically book, but you do not end up playing less.

Mostly it depends on how many players there are. Pick a suggested tournament and the app works it out and tells you exactly how long to book the court: an hour and a half for four players, two hours for eight to twenty, and up to three and a half for thirty-six. In every one of them you are on court for about ninety minutes yourself. Set the tournament up yourself and you decide the round length and the number of rounds.

Each round has a set duration (e.g., 20 minutes). All matches in a round start simultaneously. When time runs out, players submit their current score. The system tracks games won rather than sets, making every point count.

Courts are automatically assigned based on the number of players and available pre-filled in courts. The system ensures fair rotation so everyone plays on different courts throughout the tournament.

Only the tournament host can enter scores. This ensures quick progression between rounds and prevents disputes during the event. Scores are confirmed immediately without a validation period.

With an odd number of players, some will rest each round. The system ensures everyone rests an equal number of times throughout the tournament. Resting players are clearly shown in the schedule.

The buzzer sounds at the end of every round. Connect a speaker and everyone on the courts hears it.

On top of that every player gets a notification on their phone, and it is personal: it says which court to go to, who you are playing with and who against. If you are sitting a round out, it says that too. So nobody misses a switch, not even someone who did not hear the buzzer.

Yes. Prepare the card on the tournament page and you will see the running round and the time left on your lock screen, without opening the app. If you wear an Apple Watch, that same card appears on your wrist and your phone can stay in your bag.

The card shows the clock and the round number. Which court, which partner and which opponents are in the notification that arrives at every switch.

Set it up before the tournament starts - it saves you playing time. When the host starts the timer your card starts running by itself; you do not need to pick up your phone for it.

Yes, there is a fullscreen leaderboard. Put an iPad or TV beside the court: the standings scroll by themselves and update live as scores come in. Useful at larger tournaments, where someone keeps score while the rest play.

As host, set the start time and the venue, and send the start signal. Everyone then gets a notification with how long there is to go, where it is, and which court they start on and with whom. The countdown keeps running in the app.

That way everyone is on the right court by the time you start the timer, instead of you having to round them up.
